A Lovely Saturday

It is a lovely day today.  I've been to the Farmer's Market and gotten a bunch of vegetables and several kinds of fruit.  I got some blackberries but I don't know what to do with them.  I asked the lady selling them and she said "Eat them".  LOL  I meant like do you make a pie or jelly or what.  She wasn't being mean, she just meant you can just pop them into your mouth.  I wonder if they have seeds.  I don't like raspberries because of all those tiny seeds.  I even buy seedless strawberry jelly.  We'll see how it goes.

My August class kit has been mailed to me!!  Yeah!  It will be exciting waiting for it to come in the mail.
I'll show it to you when I get it.

Again, not much progress to show.  I got a little further around on the Needleworker's Pocketbook.  I am not happy with one of the corners and may take a needle and thread to tack it down nicely.  I want to review the Antwerp stitch today and actually try it out on the pocket section.

A few more leaves were put into the Cricket design.  Those leaves look like an argyle pattern.  This is close to being finished.  Every once in a while I get a hankering to be finished with something.  If I just worked on this and nothing else today, I could finish it.  We'll see....

  1. What CEC pattern is it that you are stitching?

I always try and post a question and never get it answered. I guess I don't know how.
