Listellos are Us

That's the kind of store I am looking for "Listellos are Us". I've spent much of yesterday and part of today looking for decorative tile accents for the kitchen backsplash. You have to look at a lot of frogs before you find a prince. I think I will have to go back out to the store on the other side of town and bring home some samples.
Things happening on the stitching front are boring. Still plugging away on the English Tapestry Sewing Box. I'm tied of it. I want it to be done. When I got sick of it last night I picked up the wool mat with the flowers on it. I really am close to finishing all the embroidery on it. The lime is about half done but not very exciting to look at. I have been dreaming about a Patrick's Woods design that I saw on A Gentleman's Samplings. It is called "A Spot in the Mountains". I hope I get a chance to stitch it. The frame I bought for Red Bird is too big for it but I can get a mat cut. I still can't find the afghan pattern. Still looking.
Son#2 and DIL are on their way to Hawaii today. That sounds so fun. Imagine lying on the sand with water lapping at your feet and beautiful scenery. I hope they have a great time. Wish I was there.
