Progress

Here is my progress on the pincushion that is on a stand in Theresa Baird's Fraktur Sewing Set II.

I'd say I'm about half done.

I got several pieces of the pre-stitching sewn on yesterday.  Some of the pieces are a little wonky.  I like to think it adds to the charm.

Today I want to finish the rest of the pieces.  Then I want to iron on freezer paper with a few of the animals on it and cut them out.  It would be fun to see how they look.

It was raining this morning so I walked at the Y. 
This not-buying-any-stitching-stuff-for-the-rest-of-year thing is hard!  I keep finding things I want to buy.  Like the new DMC colors.  I guess I'm learning patience and it is a hard lesson.
