The Other Tree

I got the deer in on my trinket box back.

Even better, I put it around the trinket box to see if the antlers will fit and they will!  Yeah!  So what is left?  A rabbit and the other tree.  Of course, there are some miscellaneous bits and pieces here and there.  I have some deciding to do.  Where is the best place to match up?

Should the seam be on the back left corner or between the two designs on the side of the box?  Right now, I'm leaning towards the side of the box.

I've been watching some Flosstube videos just to keep myself entertained.  My favorite one is by Pam Reid when she has a visitor from Scotland.  It is quite funny.  Then there is the Finnish stitcher.  It was shocking to her when she counted up her HAED designs and found that she had thirty.  I was so amazed that so many people were working on HAED's or full coverage designs.  I have a BAP that is full coverage,  Just seeing them work on theirs and make progress makes me want to work on mine.  Another thing I learned that I didn't know is that lots of people belong to overdyed fabric of the month clubs.  Overdyed fabric isn't for me but I didn't know it was so popular. It is fun to hear what stitchers all over the world are working on.
I sent Evan's Christmas stocking off yesterday.
We have another great day here today.  I didn't even wear a sweater this morning.  I wish that it got light earlier instead of later and later.  The sky is blue and the sun is out.  What more can you ask for?

  2. It is amazing to see how many Flosstubers are into HAEDs! And how many they have as wips and patterns collected. They're not my thing, but it's still fascinating to watch them. When I visited my lns Sat., a lady was there stitching on one of hers - amazing!
