The scent of lilacs was in the air as I was walking this morning. I love the smell of lilacs, my grandmother used to wear lilac perfume.
I got all twelve of the pentagon outlines stitched for Friesland. Half of them have their motif stitched. So today the goal is to stitch the other six and be done.
I didn't get anything else done stitching-wise. I made tomato soup. Enough to feed the Chinese army. I made some "Forgotten Kisses". Yum, meringues with mini chocolate chips and pecans.
Three weeks from today I will be at A Stitchers' Gathering. That will be so fun.
