Three Fowers

I got some stitching done yesterday. I worked on the English Tapestry Sewing Box. I couldn't avoid it anymore. I got three flowers and some leaves done. I decided that my goal today should be to get the entire left half done. I'm not sure I can reach that goal. People tend to over-estimate what they can do in the time they have. I would love to have this project done this week.
I've been to the Farmer's Market. It is fall. The apples are starting to come in. I got two kinds, Molly Delicious and Paula Red. I plan to make a pie with the Paula Reds. I am not familiar with Mollys but the guy said they were the first sweet apple of the season. I'm hoping they are good eating apples. DH has an apple after lunch every day. I'm hoping he will try and like these. But he is stubborn as the day is long when it comes to trying something new.
I think I will get good stuff in the mail today. My Hand-Dyed Fibers order should come. I want to see how the regular floss is different from the premium floss I bought last month. I bought a chart on ebay and maybe it will get here. I see that the Just Cross Stitch Ornament Issue is out and there should be one winging it's way to me. I saw some pre-order Drawing Thread designs on Stitching Bits and Bobs site. I am just a sucker for Drawn Thread. I especially like the Holly and Ivy ornament. I have to get that one when it comes out.
We are thinking of putting a special 8x10 tile above the stove. But I'm not sure the style goes with my favorite accent tile.
Our Pilates teacher didn't have a babysitter today so there was no class. I like getting a break every once in a while. I even need a break from stitching every once in a while. Every long once-in-a-while.
